Default Samsung PN42C450 plasma- inputs? - 03-27-2010, 19:58 | posts: 114 | Location: NH-USA

Looking at possibly getting a Samsung PN42C450 42" plasma tv. Am getting confused though as to what it really has for inputs. Samsung's site and a couple reviews I read online say it has 2 component and 1 composite in addition to the 3 HDMI and 1 PC. Best Buy and a bunch of other sites show it with only the 3 HDMI and 1 PC, list 0 for component and composite.

BTW these all were for the C450 (new for 2010) not the B450 which was a 2009 model I believe.

Anyone here actually have/seen one and know what it really has?

Got one of these at my local Sears Sunday. Great picture, paid $539 US.

Inputs: 3-HDMI, 1-VGA D-sub, 1 composite, 1 combo composite/component (the Green input on this also accepts the yellow video input so it can be the component input), 1-USB (for music/picture files).

Great TV for a low price point. only 720p but you'd never know it.
