Hi folks !
I just bought a MSI 4890 Cyclone (non OC) and I'm now wondering, why I can't underclock the card with Afterburner (latest beta) like I did with Catalyst Control Center (Overdrive). With overdrive, it is possible to lower memory-freq. to 490 MHz, which results in better temperatures (about 10°C). The minimal memory-freq. with Afterburner is 735 MHz, which is not far away from the default setting (975 MHz). Is it possible to select a lower value with Afterburner ? (e.g. registry-settings or hidden Afterburner-configuration) Thanks ! |
