Great I just finished installing Windows 7 tweaked edition when I came upon the 9.9 drivers pleasent surprise should run great.

I've tried ARAM2 with the 9.6 , 9.7, 9.8 and now the 9.9!

That's the game, not ATI. It's been known to have issues with even high end systems.

I just got my new i7 rig, but forgot to put the 9.8's from my other machine onto a DVD so i could put them on it, so went to download them and saw the 9.9's instead, so good job i forgot about them, as no doubt id have copied them across later, then discovered these were out.

ArmA 2 runs fine with these for me. I can't really tell the difference from 9.8 cats but I'm content. Running @ 1920 x 1200.

I use a 4GB flash stick for Vista ReadyBoost. For what it's worth.

aRMA2 IS a buggy game, thats what you should have never bought! The game sux... You will propably need to wait 6months before they patch the game to acceptable condition?

No clue if my system is chokin' on it or what not but ever since I installed Catalyst 9.9 YouTube videos crashes the system and BSoDs saying the ATi drivers crashed it.

Weird part is that it works perfectly when gaming.

I didnt see improvements, just bug fixes..none relating to performance in rendering.

When installing vista 64 drivers you must pick express for whatever reason if you pick custom it will not install CCC just the driver.

also happens on a freshly installed copy of Windows 7 RC but not as catastrophic.

So, it ain't flash. It's either the card or something with Windows. I'm still getting to the bottom of this.

Nice... RE5 benchmark is fixed. I also have the Aug2009 DirectX update installed.
