Default GPU2 client slowdown - 01-30-2009, 18:57 | posts: 1

Hey so ive got the gtx 260 and am running the gpu2 client and its all going fine and dandy getting about 7000 ppd at stock speeds.....but when I try to watch fullscreen video it freaks out! Basically, the video freezes up a whole lot. I this is easily remedied by moving the slider of the percentage of GPU usage in the configuration panel, but then the client runs slower. I was just wondering if there is any way to tell the GPU that the fullscreen video has priority over the client.

Basically, no...because you've given F@H GPU priority within the F@H software. So, either move the usage slider, or pause F@H while watching videos.
