Gainward 4870 GS, bad memory clock detecting -

hello, i have a problem with ATT (latest version) and my Gainward HD4870 Golden Sample 512MB (stock 775 core, 1000 memory).
The problem is, when i set lets say 900 Mhz on the memory, it overclock it correctly (3600 Mhz efficiently), but immediately after that, it detects, that the memory speed is 1800 (instead of 900), and move the scrollbar also to 1800 Mhz... so i think it just multiplying x2 (like with ddr3) instead of x4..
any solution ? sry for my english
edit: and i have WinXP
edit:
overclocking with AMD GPU clock tool is correct, without any problems, but ATT always detect the memory clock 2 times higher than it should be..
