Hi all
I tried install the Forceware 174.75 Stereo driver that are for 98/ME/2000/Xp/vista 6,7,8 and 9 series drivers but they wont install for XP. I run the file but the drivers wont install
Anyone had any luck getting them to work in XP.

Cheers

unfortunately, the 174.x drivers are all VISTA only ...

they are just mislabeled in this download section.

Your best bet is to go with the 162.50 driver set, enable the classic control panel for getting stereo3D to work and then update to 169.21 drivers, while keeping the 162.50 stereo driver.

Cheers,
Maggi

Or, you can install the iZ3D driver from http://www.iz3d.com . They work on any platform and ANY graphics card. It may sound strange, but this driver is actually designed for the iZ3D monitor. But you don't need it to run it's 3D drivers. It supports various "3D Stereo" modes. Including anaglyph! I use my 4870 with these drivers in Vista x64 (before then in xp with 1950 XTX) in anaglyph mode with goggles I got with the DVD Shrek 2 ! It works on hot key and it supports most 3D games. You can adjust the seperation and the "Depth" and autofocus in-game. I higly reccommend them!
