Hi all, i find an Code Source for show in-game an Text or Form in right-corner (example).

Ati Tray Tools have an fonction to show FPS. This fonction is in Open Source ?

No. Source code for ATT is not open source and I don't think I will open it

And do you know another program open source or an example for draw text in Game Overlay ?

No, I don't know. As you can see there are a few commercial software like FRAPS which do the same things. And I don't think someone will be able to put such source code into public domain.
But some information you can obtain in Internet.
For example FRAPS, ATT, RivaTuner uses near the same technique to render text.
The best and the fast way is to use IDirect3DDevice9->Clear function.
