Confused

I don't know what kind of graphics card I have on my labtop, it just says Mobile Intel 945GM Express CHipset Family
Can I even play 3D games with this?

You can play games (compared to how on-board graphics used to be it's gotten a lot better). There are limitations and there may be games which may require some feature not supported. Then you have RAM and CPU as well as the lack of good cooling in laptops but thats another matter all together.

Can I install any other Disply Drivers on it? Or will that mess my display up, I am trying to play Silkroad:

Don't expect great performance oput of it, but it looks like it should be able to play that game.

Yeah, I finally got it to run but I was disappointed on the performance. I thought this was a better graphics card then the old Geforce 4 ti 4200 on my PC. Oh, well, good thing I got this labtop for free.
