What's up with this 'PowerCinema' POS, totally unusable software that manufacturers bundle with their TV tuners? WTF are these guys thinking? Shouldn't there be some kind of law prohibiting useless software?

Computer TV tuners are usually of poor quality but have decent software, or of good quality and poor software.

There are some freeware/opensource ones floating around. DScaler is the only one I can think of right now. It might be worth a try.
