We really need to get this server running with at least 10 peeps

What I found a bit strange is.. It took sooo long to connect to the server, and started loading the map

I don't have this with other *good ping ofcourse

* servers

! But once I was connected and loaded, I had a 30ms ping

ive got it going now, i believe its working now

As I have stated above, seem to me that the portnumber is one digit short! If you want people to play on your server, you might want to post correct information. it's not 2788, its 27888

Thanks tratthat. Ive never hosted a server before, i always thought it was 4 digits, not 5. My bad, i will correct this

You will need programmable shaders

! The MX doesn't have those..

i had a geforce4 ti 4200 and was able to play bf2 with a geforce shader mod.im not sure if it will work for a geforce2 but cant hurt to try it.anyway look for the geforce4 shader mod here:
