Ok well i was sittin on my ass when i came up with this.
You know how in the old days you got thoes ****ty card goggles and the 3d moves on tape?
Why cant we just wear thoes goggles with the stereo drivers?
Would that work? Am i a pioneer or a idiot?

Em, the ones that cause the screen to do the 3d ness, you know, all blue and red sittin next to each other.
I think the stereo drivers are what you need for 3dness, they split the image on the screen and in conjunction with the goggles create the 3d effect.
Im thinking of the cheap ass **** with the red and blue next to each other like the goggles they give you at 3d theatres. You must know what im on about.
Why spend $500 on a headset when there must be some program that can make it like the 3d theatres with the crappy cheap paper glasses things.
Open your mind here.

You can you just have to set the stereo type to anaglyph glasses.
You can also pick up a pair of shutter glasses for only $30-$100 depending on if you want wireless or not.
Made me register just to tell you that.

Hi again, just wondering if you found everything.
In case you havent found them yet here is a link to the latest officially released stereo drivers by NVidia
78.01 stereo drivers
Note down at the bottom where it says "78.01 3D Stereo drivers require 78.01 ForceWare Graphics drivers to run"
And here is one to the latest betas
91.21 beta stereo drivers
From what I've heard, people have experienced a porformance increase when useing those beta drivers in combination with the 91.31 (also beta) forceware drivers instead of useing the matched pair.
Don't be expected to be blown away by all the stuff coming out of your moniter as you lose alot of picture quality with the red blue glasses. Also these drivers don't work with all games and you will generally have to disable some of the nicer effects just to get them to work.
If you need any help with anything just ask.

You could also get one of those 3d movies like spykids3d, I think it comes with 4 pairs and you could probably find it in a bargin bin.
I personally use a pair of shutter glasses form eDimensional and a crt moniter that can do 100hz at 1024x768 as lcd moniters are too slow, 60-75Hz is the fastest I've seen yet.
Also you can get a pair of Xforce glasses even less than the eDimensional ones if you don't mind that plastic strap.
Or you could just get a pair on ebay for $10.
