Angry HELP Problems with Emule 1.2 - 05-20-2006, 23:30 | posts: 1,445 | Location: Brasil Belo Horizonte

I had Emule working on my wireless (Wi-Fi) network without any problems. All of a suden, I started to get low IDs all the time. I saw on some forum that the newest windows update replaced a TCPIP.SYS file and because of that some people could get low speeds. Could this update be my problem.

I do use a firewall (Norton 2005) but it's set to allow all connections on Emule.exe and I also configure my router to use a DMZ for the Emule host computer so I can connect directly to the internet. I guess there is not much I can configure here. The open ports for Emule are 4662 for TCP and 4671 for UDP on the router and the software is configures to use these ports.

Thanks in advance.
