I had a few problems getting my 2 WD Raptors set to Raid 0. After some trails, headache and time I finally got it working. It seems you must first go into the bios and enable Nvidia raid "Main Screen under IDE Controlers" and enable each serial port that your HDs are on. Then disable the Silicon Raid also in the bios. After that your bios is set properly it is now time to make the Floppy Disk to load the raid drivers at the start of the windows installation. Which is in the folder "Chipset" on your drivers cd. Just find the "makedisk" file under the folder of your OS "XP - 2000. or XP-64." The last thing you will need to do before you start the windows install is to hit the F10 when it says to do so and set up the raid. After you make the disk and start the windows install hit the F6 key to load the raid drivers and then stick the floppy in the drive. You must load BOTH "Nvidia Raid and Nvidia Storge Controler" at this screen and thats it.
