yeah - no kidding - this was the major factor for me in not migrating to XP64 - I just might do it now with Microsofts free upgrade offer.

There's a couple very cool things in 15.6. I'm not sure if they're meant to be known yet or not, so I'm keeping my lips sealed. You guys will find out soon enough.

I hope 15.6 will have the option to force SM3.0 instead of SM2.0 at max.

I'm having a Leadtek 6800 Ultra AGP and using the 77.72 drivers, but for some reason I can't see an option to force SM3.0.

So I left it on "No Overide"

Hope that will be fixed in 15.6.

Well, x64 support... yes. Someone that runs x64 might benefit greatly from this feature, though (not just x64 support).

Yup... I second that motion... I just bought a Leadtek A400-A TDH (ie nVidia's 6800 chipset) with 12pipes!!! I hope this new version will unlock them to 16... <crossing fingers>

Question to Unwinder or anyone with 7800 and 15.6 ( when it is realeased ) ..

How many pixel uniuts does nvstrap show ? 6 with all enabled or 8 with 2 hardware masked ?

I had assumed 6, but a lot of people are now saying 8, so I might have to eat lots and lots of humble pie

Forget about 8 pixel quads on NV47. It is just a myth, there is nothing to unlock.
