new set up

been scriping and saving for awhile,sold some old parts and finnaly got a new set up found some killer prices on the web. thunderbird 1.2 new kt7a raid new 256 133 bus ram hercules ultra new creative gamer x 5.1 just got to get it all put togther and get drivers installed. im open for all the help and advise that this forum brings.i really enjoy reading all the post as of right now im newbie to this all. but soon hope to help others

Well we basically have the same machine except I'm 1.1ghz and GTSII64 but with a 220 core from factory. My Specs:Athelon Thunderbird 1.1ghz Gigabyte GZ-7X mb Hercules GeForce GTSII 64meg (factory over-tweaked 222) 160 gigs Hard-Drive (3x Maxtor) Plextor SCSI 40x CD Yamaha Lightspeed 16x40x10 CDR-W Soundblaster Live Platinum 5.1 Generic 12x DVD 512megs PC133 Ram Winmodem NCR SCSI Controller Promise ATA 100 Controller 400 watt power supply Sony 21" Monitor Klipsh THX Surround (400watts Total-160watts to Sub) Detonator 6.31 Drivers VIA 4-1 v4.23 Win98Se VIA 4-1 v4.24 Win2KSo if you have a problem..I might have a fix.

i got problems i get errors like oe and od erros also i get random stall and lockups. just pissses me off that i dont know or cant figure it out whats happing

If you repost with fuller specs..Also, did you do a clean re-install of Windows?
