u need to have steam on to use it and make sure thast the hl2 path is correct in theh benchmark tool .
oh ye just updated it with version 1.1 its just out last night i think why is the first 2 benchmark demo's very stuttery lol do i need cl-timenudge - 150"modem days" on or sommit

sorry i forgot to tell u that my version of hl2 is pirat.however,i updated the steam,i recieve news from it,i have account in internet,i play hl2,but i cant play it online but at home.by the way i want to ask u which are the best drivers for my video card:fx 5700 le.and which is the best way to get the best quality from the card.i use rive tuner n i get 540 score from 3d mark 0.5.thank u

Well, you have a pirated version, that explains it. It can't run it properly it looks like, just buy the damn game it's not that hard. Also, different drivers work for different people, you'll have to try some and see which one works best for you. You can use any from from the 5x.xx series up.
