What does Sony have with MGSV coming on PC? Its Konami game.

 

Sony partially exclusive and most famed franchise coming to pc...even if its owner a Konami, they did a pretty good job to convince Sony to "let it go"...and Sony on another hand, was wise enough to be convinced and not to go on the greed side...like Microsoft always do So, smart move by Sony...to not be so fkng greedy all the time...

 

Yea, well i wouldn't call it straight sony exclusive , since other than MGS4 and PO all MGS games are on xbox/PC. But i get what you mean, it was heavy playstation oriented.

 

This gives me hope that we might start seeing more PC releases of heavily console orientated Japanese games.

Just checked...well, "V" coming to xbo as well But still, its a most famed Sony franchise...till "V" ...And I hate exclusive games policy on consoles
...And I'm pretty sure Sony thought out in advance...to be a less greedy as they was in times of PS3...or less greedy than MS

Haven't actually played a single MGS game (please don't shoot me but am still excited about this too! Heard so much praise about the series.

PC gamers are actually in a good spot as they are a "neutral" ground between consoles.
We have a good chance of enjoying originally-console-exclusive titles from both sides.

PS exclusive games are less likely to appear on XB and vice versa imo.

I myself haven't even played MGS4 yet, need to catch up with the story, kinda confused.

 

I've never played any of them either. But Im caught up story wise to Ground Zeroes. Just waiting for Phantom Pain to hit, so I can pick that up.

 

I have MGS4, but haven't played it yet. Will I get the story if I did not play the first three?

Personally letting it "go" to PC isn't that bad. Letting it go to the other console... well that is. You're only going to persuade die hard fans into buying a console for it and even then, I find myself caring less as I get older.

But since it's coming on PC, I suddenly give a damn again.

 

I was gonna get mgs 5 for either X1 or PS4. Well now it will come to my smexy piicii.

 

I wonder how long it will take them to release GZ , its pretty small game with one small map, and we also saw it running on PC few times already. I hope for not longer than a month or so..

 

I you can't play the games you could watch some walkthroughs but it would be easier to read the MGS Wiki for the plot of the games.
