I got a reasonable score I think. I haven't had any crashes or errors yet.

It does suck a bit for a gaming benchmark when it favours quad cores so much as nearly all games don't take advantage of them. I guess it has to be ahead of current systems and in a year or so new games will have the support.

It just sucks a bit now!

Hell...I was kinda excited about it at first. Was thinking for them to charge for it, they must have put some really hard work into it. Been more creative, and with better looking visuals than 06. This is a downgrade from 06 imo. Some of the spaceship stuff looks kind of cool, but that's about it.

I know everyone will have a different opinion, but I was expecting a little more than what it is...especially since it beats your system down, and looks like crap doing it.

    got 48something, i don't care.
    this masterpiece looks like ****.:puke2:
seeing the ageia driver installing almost made me instantly uninstall it before benching.:bang:
no havok and fps lower than 30 for graphics in performance mode looking like
    unreal with funny lighteffects?:stewpid:
this isn't state of the art.
i hoped to get an experience in graphics-goes-looking-like-reality, and got really disappointed.
however, with the great idea of letting people pay for experiencing this more than once they've shot themselves into the knee.
however, i'm shure they will make their game look a lot better on mainstream hardware to show us, how graphics are made to earn lots of money.
    if not: :stewpid: again...

    Score as follows -
    P7698
    CPU score - 15081
    Graphics score - 6618

But something's definitely FUBAR'd, I get distorted image at times. This is with Cat 8.4, will DL the hotfix driver and give it a spin again.

I did a run with the hotfix driver, there's less distorted PQ, it is still present, so I hope ATi will look into it. Meanwhile, here's the score with my CPU at 3.8ghz, GPU's doing 850/936 (1872 effective) -
    P12767
    CPU Score 15249
    Graphics Score 12110

nice score mikeysg now get those hwbot format tags round it and lets get this thread going, seems with 3dmark vantage that quad gpus really kick ass in this bench similar setup as hilberts but with 2 x 9800gtx in sli instead scores around 10,000 so a bigger difference to 06 which the quad gpus get about a 15% boost, do you have to run all the tests to get an overall score or just some of the tests like in other 3dmarks

The powers that be would like you all to go out and buy 4 x GFX cards and then pay for the priviledge of retesting with your new kit.

That is all this benchmark says to me ;)
