well sounds good. as i read in steam forums, as it is early access , there are no objectives, or survival mode. i mean like mninecraft. no enemy AIs, or NPC u say.

But from the videos and pictures which community posted, game looks interesting. but needs TIME to focus and play on.

    anyone got it?

I have been playing this game for the past few days.. it is so fun..

so far I have made a basic small ship in survival mode and did some space piracy and mining ore to make more things.

Yeah I have the game too, best way to think of it is like modern day legos in space I can build all those ships and stuff I used to build as a kid. Saying that I am hugely disappointed by the physics in this game.

It's called space engineers at the end of the day but the physics are nothing short of comical. Coming from KSP where small design changes to thruster placement and weight distribution can make a huge difference to how your craft flies, then you see in space engineers you can stick thrusters anywhere on the ship and it will fly in the direction respective of symmetry.

Saying that the collision physics are pretty neat, of course that's right up until they fail and the two massive ships you're crashing together just cliip through each other.

Saying that this is my current project

Thrust physics aside how fun is it.. hahahha~

I also play a lot of KSP.. but Space Engineers is very fun, I can make like... anything without having to worry about weight placement and fuel draw.

    ^__^

Currently trying to make a space ship that can fully burrow inside an asteroid without breaking any parts..

Played it when it came out. Was pretty fun crashing giant ships into space stations.

    Steal Stuff.

    hehe..

You can take parts, take whole ships, destroy peoples ships, destroy peoples bases, wage wars, or just build things by yourself, or with some friends.

with each update this game is getting more and more interesting all the time.

May have to add this to my wishlist (I'm not a fan of Early Access games though so I will have to wait until it is finished). Looks very LEGO-like from the screenshots posted.

It is very fun.. I spent like a week building a heavy armored fighter in survival mode with the plan of boarding and taking one of the updated drifting ships "the weapons on them work now!

and... my ship got destroyed in less than a minute when I tried.

    *cry's forever*

    but..

    it is fun.

    xD

and yes.. it's sort of like Lego..
