    Figured I'd start one. :)

I ordered a EVGA GTX 770 SC edition, with ACX cooling.

Maybe I'll even be able to squeeze a few more mhz out of it.

Nice but I'm not impressed by the benchmarks compared to my system. Shure it uses less power etc etc but I think I should wait for the 880/870 then upgrade. Now I think that's going to be one hell of a card.

It makes sense upgrading from a single Fermi card.

Well sure, if you're running 2x 570's, I wouldn't expect you to be impressed by the benchmarks.

I have a question! I see in Guru3D's EVGA and Gigabyte 780 and 770 reviews that the temperature does not surpass ~67C, but then is the GPU Boost 2.0 target temp set to 67C? should it not reach around 80C giving a higher boost because there is room for it?

Looks like a great card, is it me or is the 770 close to the performance of the 780?

It's like the 670 and 680, they also perform close to eachother.

I'm waiting for a 4gb card from evga with the acx cooling or a gigabyte one with the wf3... The 670 in my sig died but i got the money back from amazon so i got 400€ to spend. I ordered a 7970ghz edition just out of curiosity - performance wise it's fine, but the vapor x cooling is so LOUD... since i liked the silence of evga and gigabyte cards i guess the 770 is the right thing to get. :) Will keep the 7970 for 2 weeks and send it back and hopefully there will be 4gb 770s by then. :)

4gb of vram. Crazy thought isn't it.

A few years back, who would have even thought we would need that? lol

Now that the 770's have been released, is the 770 a better value over the 780 if i'm going to run it @ 1080p? :3eyes:

Im not buying 770s. I was talking about changing my specs in my sig. That would be a horrible upgrade coming from 680s
