My only problem with Deb is that she was always afraid of how others viewed her. Also her way of dealing with things bothered me. I hated how she would hide her issues instead, drink them away, and pop pills as it just made her more of an emotional wreck and less of a functional cop.
That is how alot of people are though, no one wants to watch perfect people on screen as it would be dull. The character is definitely not someone i would get on with, but interesting to watch, compared to someone like Angel who is a character i think i would get on with, but he was dull to watch.
of course, only 3 chapters left, who knows why this sunday they didnt release it? well breaking bad was there to save the night at least
Yeah, I'm forcing my way through it, but it's so ridiculously boring and uninspiring at this point that I'm dreading sitting down to watch every new epis0de. Thank god it's soon coming to an end.
Same here.... I Just cant feel the attachment to the character that i felt in the previous seasons..... Im watching just for the sake of watching.
I have to wait for the DVD release. Season 7 did not inspire me to want to buy season 8, so iam seeing if the season 8 comment will inspire me to change my mind to buy.
I think in this season they should have made Dexter's identity Public just like in the breaking Bad, That would have made this season interesting....... Too late for that now
They really aren't building toward much of anything, it's just been plodding along like any other season.
Absolutely pants ending, what a terrible way to end it. I feel cheated, I didn't watch this show all these years for that ending.
It SHOULD have ended similarly to season 4. Everyone telling Dexter he can't have both lives, and it turns out he can't. Deb dying was about the best choice they made, but Hanna and/or Dexter should have died too. And not this ridiculous suicide attempt. Man did that come out of left field.
