When the security warning pops up select...more options...never install...you will never see the popup again.

Looks like an ad requiring a specific flash version triggering flash installation.

Unfortunately I can not replicate this issue on my end, so it could be a regional ad. If anyone can get me the properties of that ad I can try and hunt it down.

Update, I have replicated this and it looks like one of Corsair's ads is compiled improperly. It is specific to IE10 and higher only:

Question ? Is it still happening for you guys ?

Yup, some new Corsair ads are compiled improperly triggering Flash to be re-installed with IE10+ . I have taken them down and will ask Corsair to look into this and re-do them.

Sorry you had to go through that you guys.

Seems to be fixed, was happening for a few days there. I recently re-installed windows so i didn't know if it was just on my end.

I was having issues at work with IE8. Not sure if it's still there since the fix but I'll be able to tell you on tuesday. No problems at home with FF.

This is why I use Firefox, don't get these issues.

Glad to see it's been sorted.

As explained per PM two days ago, you have something else going on at your system. I would recommend you to move to Chrome or FF. The issue as noted in this thread where the Corsair ads (as I was able to successfully replicate the issue). This is fixed.
