Operating at 280mV? That's quite impressive! Sure, not anywhere near full capacity or whatever but still, exciting times.
280mV while 3MHz | 1.2V while 915MHz. It is nice that it can be saving watts while not used, good for mobile. But what exactly is better on having 915MHz @ 1.2V versus 3.5GHz @ 1.2V on usual CPU today?
