In the category totally useless HKEPC decided to give LN2 cooling a try on a smartphone. The site used liquid nitrogen to overclock the HTC One to 1.72Gz and achieved a score of 11585 in the 3DMark Ic... HTC One overclocking with LN2
I score higher than average I've had a HTC One since launch and I have ran the benchmark a few times since its release and I average 11245. My score never goes below 11000. Where did they get the 10000 points average score from. It seems too low. Shouldn't the average be more like 11000?
He ****ed it up somehow. There's no way it has 20 mhz overhead. Probably has some kind of cold bug or shutdown mechanism. No way they're so hard against the limit that it just can't go higher.
Don't be upset that you made the wrong decision. When I take my S4 to 1.92Ghz on LN2 that's when you'll know what's up.
Wouldn't the be waiting for an extreme overclocking kernel? Roms have kernels built in sometimes, but the kernel is responsible for the ability or lack thereof to overclock.
