The Elder Scrolls Online Beta Soon

highly interested in a mmo verison of elderscrolls games, but sub mmo can be damned every time I find one i like that was subbed they go f2p and i get pissed. now i wont pay for them cause once it goes to f2p the game get ruined and i have start looking for something else. games that started f2p/with sub options tend to be less ruined cause they started out that way.

Never the less i been trying for month to get in the beta. mean while I got like 8 beta invitations for FF14 ARR but we all know why that is

i hate these pay to play games even if i've got all TES series until today, now Bethesda is gonna lose me and many other classic pro gamers i believe. sad

Glad i had to stop with a so epic game the best in the world since today and ever Skyrim, modded epic graphics and tons of quests official and unofficial.

R.I.P TES series, all goods in life, finally, are getting away because of money.

i am enjoying more than 1 and half year skyrim, i am not gonna pay unlimited cash on a game probably worse than it's predecessor...i wish a Dovahkiin will gonna shout apart whole Bethesda studios into pieces and burn it down...

Lol, it seems that p2p will lose them even more players, imo this only had a tiny half chance if it was f2p, this is going to fail fast and bad.

 

F2P sucks, glad they went with monthly fee.

 

I like p2p, hate f2p but teso audience seems to be very casual, I haven't heard about any hardcore MMO players looking forward to it and that's why they should've gone with f2p. Casuals don't like to pay fees.

 

Well, you basicly pay for DLC in the form of Major Patches.

People also buy DLC and i never hear them complain about it.

Not to mention they got Server Costs.

 

I know there's server costs. Why stating the obvious? But there's other ways of getting money off gamers than monthly fees. Monthly fees will not work in teso. Teso tries too hard to be different, they should try to make a good game instead.

 

If it's not a good game even F2P wont help them.

I'm sure they got a Trial Account upon release. A week should be enough to decide if ppl like it or not.
