I saw them then I refreshed and I couldn't... But all I can say is wow... Looks quite a bit more advanced than the X800's.
Turismo, any chance of some more screens with a FPS counter? Also, could you please list your FarCry settings? I find it hard to believe that a 6800 series can render those effects without the 1.3 update or some config file editing.
Yup, these pics were done with the enhancement pack by the sounds of it. (Hav'nt seen the pics yet). There will be no difference in graphics between the X800's and the GeForce card once the patch comes out - simply because the effects can already be done on 9700/9800 cards, never mind the X800 series.
dont know about you guys but it's safe to say waiting for the XT model is worth it, esp. since it has an extra 4 pipelines and higher mem and core clock... BTW, does ATI have a 512 ram config coming out like Nvidia...????

Oh ok, and i scrolled through the thread and saw BF:V pics, sorry i missed those. Btw just a Q, my system -> How will it handle far cry at 12xxX1024 with full settings? Mega lag?
