It is terribly unfortunate when 2 teammates drop a titan at the same location within a second of one another. The first titan will get destroyed, pilot and all if you're trying to get in before your teammate kills your titan. Good call, I remember reading about that. I wasn't sure if it was an automated update or not. I will check it out! Thanks!

Turns out the update for the xbone controllers is not automated, after all. Lucky me, both my controllers are wireless, and the only microUSB cable I currently have is charge only. Silly xbox.
Made this thread, bought this game at launch. Still haven't played. Grrr...and now with Infamous coming out Friday.....Grrr again..
