Downloading as i type, currently on 263.15 tesla drivers, not optimistic about these being better but I have the addiction of trying out new drivers lol

These driver don't add performance. Dragon Age 2 still runs like crap. It adds cuda 4, a "check for updates" option and scaling options.

    btw;

there are 2 extra features, i think most of us, if not all of us don't need them - its for gpu monitoring (in other words useless for a gamer lol).

    1) NVWMI v2.0 API Reference (i deleted the main folder in extracted 270.32 - NVWMI )

    2) nvidia update 1.1.32 (im uninstalling this one in windows uninstaller - its needed for no1 - main folder -Display.Update )

    cuda 4.01

Testing in Call of Duty Black Ops:

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
    14092, 60000, 165, 291, 234.867 - driver 267.26
    14152, 60000, 186, 293, 235.867 - driver 270.32

I actually did multiple test runs but these are typical numbers. The Min FPS was always much better in the tests with the 270.32 driver. They feel exceedingly smooth in a game too. PhysX was not included with these drivers so I had to install that from another driver. These are keepers.

Call of Duty: Black Ops graphics menu settings used:
    Resolution: 1920 x 1080
    AA: Off
    Anistropic: 16x
    Sync every frame: Off
    Texture Filtering: Trilinear
    Texture Quality: Extra
    Shadows: Off

NVidia Control Panel settings used in test were:
    Antialiasing Mode Application-controlled
    Antialiasing Setting Application-controlled
    Maximum pre-rendered frames 2
Multi-display/mixed GPU accel Single display perform mode
    Text filtering Quality High quality
    Text filtering Trilinear optim On
    Threaded optimization On
    Vertical sync Force off
    Display: 1080p, 1920 x 1080 (native), 60 Hz, 32-bit color
Connector: HDMI - HDTV (Audio Disabled)

    Windows 7 64-bit used.

use these at your own risk!!

Really, because they are very buggy (more like early beta) - especially with MT framework engine, except DMC4 (for test, dx10) and monster Hunter Frontier were ok.. see issues by each bench

    RE5 - weird blur..
    [IMG] [IMG]

and by Lostplanet2 - black flickering artifacts, never happened before..

    im gonna erase them now:biggun:,

btw there is no bulletstorm profile you need to add exe to nv inspector (its fixed with 267.2x - but these are kinda crap too lol:pc1:)

Great for me in TDU2 (still no SLI though grrrrr), Crysis 2 demo, ArmA 2, Vanguard and a few others.

DA2 is still buggered though :(

Hey guys. VERY VERY HAPPY with these drivers... DA2 STILL isn't where it should be, BUT my 2 470GTXs are running at 80% now.. I'm only pulling around 40+ FPS BUTTTTTT I have full settings on (Minus SSAO) and i'm enjoying it.. The stuttering is still there a bit BUT these drivers ARE BETTER.

    Just my two cents.

Nice they finally fixed that Motion Estimation Bug in their H.264 Encoder so since 259.97 one of the few that's bug free, also Performance improved a tad :)
Though VC-1 support is gone (Encoding) :(

Just installed and tried out DA2. FPS is definitely better, but still no where near where is should be. Game is still unplayable for me @Very High + VSync + no AA. At these settings FPS is now between 25 to 40 and GPU usage is drastically low, around 70%.

There's a new nVidia icon in the taskbar as well, which gives you access to the NVCPL and the new nvi update manager

Just curious but with a system like that why are you running this game at those extremely low settings?

No AA and no shadows? Why?

downloading these now, currently using 267.24 I know these are dated before those which means they are older but it might be because they are still working on these and that 267.24 was finished and final after these were compiled. I still think these are newer as the driver version is newer.
