nvidia drivers + RivaTuner. Pretty damn near the same thing as modded drivers.

ive found tweakforce drivers to be very nice and for certain games they really unlock some elements of those games, however ive found that Omega drivers are more stable with a wider variety of games and applications than tweak force.
I enjoy using drivers as they come out, just got back from a vacation and i see a few drivers have arrived. im currently running Omega 169.21 and its flat out stable think ill try a few newer ones out this week.

Unlike Tweakforce Omega wait until the WHQL Version is out
Tweakforce Just bring them out as the betas come along, so look out for the 175.16 WHQL version it will be out soon for omega i hope.

i honest never noticed any difference from using any modded drivers comapred to nvidias, except nvidias WHQL drivers always sucked for me.

I agree really. At one point I did a 3DMARK save frame thingy with like 4 different modified drivers and the original. There were small differences, so they actually do change stuff.. but in motion I can't honestly say I liked one better than another, or saw a noticeable increase in performance to choose one over another.
