Same fps drops on Rage and RE4 like 13.8.Back to 13.4.

Just a quick question, are these worth it for single card configs? Since benchmark3d went offline I can't tell whether the new drivers bring anything to the table.

I want to install 13.10 beta but i want to know if max payne and max payne 2 work with it. Because they worked fine even with 13.8 beta, but not with 13.8 beta 2.

Depends on what you're looking for I guess. I didn't notice any performance difference with the games I play, but it did fix GW2's Eyefinity support for me.

Regardless, there's no reason (that I can see) not to install this driver on single-GPU setups.

The question is: when will they ever make a driver that is NOT a beta driver again?

Did you not notice the Windows Update driver that is WHQL and came out recently? It's not this driver specifically, but it's "slightly" newer.

The frame pacing stuff is relatively new still, probably won't want to just attach WHQL status on that until it's actually fully implemented (DX9 + Eyefinity) and working on most setups.

I get a flickering minimap and water on the battlefield in Rome II with these.

Still no frame pacing support for dual graphics setups ...

Seems that we are not high on amd's priority chart (though the problem is much worse in our config).

God damn - there are still some random artifacts in Firefox...

gfx.content.azure.enabled is disabled (false) in about:config...:bang:
When it's enabled then artifacts are worse...

nobody needs and no-one wants whql drivers, beta is the real smooth thing:)

dual graphics is not crossfire so it will never use the frame pacing technology

And still no non negative scaling crossfire profile for The Bureau: XCOM. (have to force AFR on D3Dfriendly profile in RP).

AMD are starting to fall into their old habits again in regards with lack of crossfire profiles.. APP profiles RIP.
