Interesting but i'm always Testing new Tweaks ;-)
And that One give me 3-7FPS in almost every Game.
Especially in Old DX9 games, for example i give Heroes VII dx9 => +10FPS !

Try to figure it out especially the Stuter Mode section for LCD "monitors"

 

After writing a small application to make editing AMD registry values easier I noticed the frame limiter is disabled if "KMD_MaxFrameRateRequested" is set higher or lower than what's allowed within CCC, it automatically disables frame limiter on display driver restart.
Found that "KMD_FRTEnabled" is the value for enabling the frame limiter, 1 being enabled, 0 being disabled.

 

Yes the 2 of'em must be set correctly
=1 ON and next some Hex value for desired FPS limit.

You need restart.exe and/or restart64.exe from CRU for the display adapter restart currently, I'll work on my own method if a tool like this is required by anyone.

And i know CRU Util., sometime Windows_X don't show correctly Resolutions on CRT Monitor so i'm using this baby
Also ther's no x64 Drivers for my Mitsu 2070SB DiamondPRO 22" so i have Set custom Driver in CRU :banana: And it's working, now in RaibowSix Siedge i have DPro 2070SB not Default P&Play Monitor
