A Little DOT MK II that I bought off ebay for $149 that some one was selling cheap that happen to be in Michigan so i got it in one day.
My car.... It was "ridden hard and put up wet" but it's been reliable for the most part. Only needed a few minor repairs. Alternator, fuel pump, clutch master cylinder, shocks, struts, rear cross-member, heater-box and evaporator, and a reseal of the rear body. Wife, though damaged and slightly used, was in better shape when I got her....
I just bought a used motorcycle. Low millage, mint condition. Saved me ~ 30% compared to buying brand new. Since it's my main way of transportation, I'll be using it a lot. I rarely buy second hand items. Once I bought a used 8600GT and it died only after 6 months.
Most used (relatively large purchases in my eyes) ~ 1997 Honda Prelude with 142k miles on it (sold it) ~ 2009 Subaru Legacy 34k miles on it (love my Legacy I just wish it was a GT) ~ 2000 Gibson SG Standard in Ferrari Red ~ My Gtx 570, bought it from my friend after he had it for 1-2 years. I've never bought a used pc component beforehand.

My car, I guess. Hondas just keep on going and going and going. Other than that, my headphone DAC/amplifier. Also a great purchase.
Ive owned 10 cars over the years and every one was used. Other than that I don't have any major secondhand purchases.
My 1990 E250 van that has 300,000 k with 1 rebuild that gets 7 mpg if I'm lucky. This is a work van I have a 1998 Grand Prix that I paid a grand for 3-1/2 years ago that runs perfect.
Denon m31 midi-stereo. Since I have used almost only headphones for a couple years having a stereo again is wonderful. And it sounds amazing when connected to a pair of good speakers. Cost me only 30euro too, so Hi-Fi can be a bargain.
For headphones, I always look for a used one first, not only to get it cheaper, but theres that break in where some are too tight right out the box and also the burn in period for the drivers to loosen up and sound like its supposed to. I think the same goes for speakers.
Still driving my first and atm still a decent experience considering it's a used car. My next one will be a used car as well, although I might up my budget a little bit. Best thing to buy used imo. Saves you several thousands of euros/dollars/pounds/... which you can spend. On other stuff.
bought a slightly used xbox black slim $115, works great. a refurbished ps3,$220 which the clock battery died couple months later. so if I shut the power of to the ps3, I have to reset the clock before it connects to the ps3 network. I could replace the battery but I dont feel like taking the system apart. a slightly used pioneer receiver with out a remote. alot better then my rca receiver. bought it for around $60, I had to search online for a remote and paid $30 for the remote, as you cant use all the functions without the original remote. I just bought openbox polk audio 2 way satellite speakers$70 . better then my little single jvc satellite speakers. bought $300 worth of used xbox 360 games for $100.
