A new Aida64 is out! http://forums.aida64.com/topic/1539-opencl-gpgpu-benchmarks/ http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/aida64_download.html Now incorporated is a GPGPU benchmarking tool. Looks pretty interesting so far. Here are my results: I'm very satisfied with the results in most aspects, especially when compared to these: However, my GPU read and write scores are abysmal. Why are they so low? You'd think I'd be able to stomp a conroe w/ GTS 250... Why is the GTX 260 and yorkfield so far ahead of my scores? Is it an AMD thing? Anyways, lets see some discussion and of course your own results! Get benching!
Lol I had this same idea a few weeks ago...then got distracted or lazy or drunk or high or something. Brb with score.....:nerd:
Gpu 950MHz/ram 2150mhz; Cpu 4.6GHz cpu @ 4.7Ghz, but mandel is too much heat (throttled and got lower score)..gpu 950/ram 2260mhz.
Very interesting. It seems I'm the only one with very low mem write and mem read scores. Is there anyone else still out there with a DDR2 rig? Do you imagine it's related to PCIE 2.0? It shouldn't be, as the GTX 260 is native PCIE 2.0 and it damn near tripled my score while simultaneously getting reults that are up to 5x slower than mine. EDIT: clearly not an AMD card thing. Other 7900's are scoring much higher. Mind = bent.
Here's my 290 at 1120/1280 and 4930 at 4.5Ghz. Looking at the GPU memory scores, it looks seems it isn't putting enough of a load to force it to 3D speeds so its readings are of the GDDR5 at 150MHz x 4.
