The 690 is nothing else but a single PCB SLI system...

According to this post, it's some kind of additional frametime smoothing for SLI configurations that has already been in the drivers before but if now an official feature:

To me the words "Up to 28%" includes 0% and maybe even some negative numbers.

    690 is more noisy than two after-market 680's :)

Well I've just done 70 minutes in Battlefield 3 with these new beta drivers and everything is smooth ! No frame skipping or stuttering. Feels nice and fast so I'm a happy chappy :)

Vsync option is only for SLI configs I believe.

That new VSync option is for SLI only. I always have VSync enabled anyway as I hate screen tearing. Just done another round and still no issues. Might have to get some munchies in for tonight's gaming.

Farcry 3 runs nice with these as well. I've not tried Borderland 2 but I'm sure everything will be fine there also as I'm yet to experience any problems with the game and everything is maxed out including physics.

For users with install issues with the International version where setup.exe errors out, please provide me with install logs so we can investigate the cause:

    Open a Command Prompt window.
-Navigate in the Command Prompt window to the folder where the NVIDIA display driver files were extracted to. For Windows 7 x64 Enlgish for example, it would be:

    C:NVIDIADisplayDriver313.95Win8_WinVista_Win7_64

    -Run the following command:

    setup.exe -log:"C:NVlog" -loglevel:6

-We will need the file generated by the setup installer in the c:
vlog directory. Also, please send us the setupapi log from here:

    C:WindowsINFSetupapi.*.log

-Please email these log files to driverfeedback@nvidia.com

    Thank you

It is likely only for SLI.

That's not the problem. The international driver isn't installing.

You have another issue entirely. Installed here and working fine so far.

I didn't test much but my score in Vantage increased a bit. About 1.5k from 22k. No difference in 3dmark11 though :)
