Great card, awesome price as well, i dont like the temperature and noise levels though. 94c and 43dba at default load levels, thats worse then the 4870x2!

Impressed. Runs very hot, though. Aftermarket coolers will be very important for this one.

Thanks for your time, Hilbert. Looks like you have been up all night or started very early. ;)

Yeah they always do, but we have only got this review so far.
Hopefully it can shave down 20c and have way lower DBA, but they wont be available until mid december right ?

Arctic Cooling should have coolers for this card at some point. There's your 20c temp drop. :D

would be nice indeed. makes it on par with a reference 780 then (few degrees difference).
maybe they are even released before the custom cooled cards arive ?
Hopefully somewhat lower then prices are now though. just checked at their site and it could cost $119.95 extra. (though its a offiial price at their store so should be available cheaper at other places, on newegg its $74.99 for instance)

Well for that price you could probably hold off for an MSI Lightning or something with a custom PCB that has better cooling and power delivery with it.

Good, good. Nvidia's pricing levels have been a little out of touch with reality lately. One of these puppies would even be an upgrade over my two 660ti, at an affordable level.

    Bravo AMD! Bravo.

    A single card pulling 67 fps @ 1200p in Metro LL and a passable 50 @ 1440p

Note: 1080 and 1440p are the res i play my games at, hence my comment.

    Still, waiting for Maxwell though.;P

Awesome review. Another price/performance winner from AMD.

Got to hand it to them they are doing very well at the moment.
