    LOL, I have about 10 hours of manipulation into it. I won't post anymore chop pics :) Just the photo's I do.

    Looks more like a photoshop painting rather than a manipulated photo :S

    Thankyou it was a quite new idea that popped into my head so i did alittle google and stock image serching and adapted them and i quite like the outcome

    Testing out PS CS6 :)

    Recolored, toned, dynamik, et cetc...some filters also...
    I also tried to get that Ship out of the picture with the new content aware tool..But was to struggeling..so i left it..but im allready on a new one where its gone :)

    I just realized that this looks a little bit too Cartoony..so heres one wher ei tested an Fake HDR effect...This is what turned out first:

    That i think was too heavy, so i tried more and finally came out with an version that looks more Realistic but still has the HDR and miniature style...

    I like it, i even like it with the ship in as it gives it a sense of scale.

    Damien, you have to know when to stop and the first picture was good enough as it was. Its now cluttered and unrealistic.

    Photography is personal and because I like it one way won't mean someone else will. However I think in this instance the negative space works well giving the feeling of isolation.

    Made me some new Signatures....:nerd:
    Did a lot of effects, resizing etc..The beta thing i did with the new CS6 3d feature in Photoshop...really nice tool....But rendering this took me allmost 20 minutes..i wanted to make lights to it but i failed..need to watch another tutorial hehe...But still i think the beta structure is pretty decend for the first try with it...
    Anyway, enjoy...

    Heres teh 3D object i created...i wish it had lights on it..ahh well...gonna watch that tutorial now and see if i can do it:)

    I think the first one looks better..its more vivid, but the other has the nice cover effect...ah well...u decide, hehe...:infinity:

    no worries mate, just wanted to know how you got that pic...deviant art you said, do you mind giving me the link? i don't mind people using the pic but am a bit annoyed that i was never asked...want to see who put it on deviant art without me knowing :-/
