You didnt know about the switch? I would try it out and see if you get throttling at 70c.

This should technically be possible right? I know the 600 series has a hardware limitation on voltages, do they have a hardware lock on the throttle?

I knew about the switch to take it to the OC bios. I just didn't realize that switch went any further. After looking at the back of the PCB, I am clearly blind. It says it white letters Normal/ OC/ LN2. :nerd:

I'll try it out and see what happens.

    @ TK

Tested LN2 Bios to 80C. No thermal throttling. But I'm still voltage locked at 1.35v even with evbot. I know of a way to bypass the the hardware lock, but I'm not even messing with that. :nerd:

at 1.21v I`m relegated to 1280 boost. what kind of temps are you seeing at that high a voltage?

They're better for me in BF3 compared to both 314.07 Geforce & Quadro variant.

    No weird slowdowns.

High 60's. This card wont overclock as high as my other ones did. I can't even break 1356MHz.

That's nice to hear, I'll probably wait until tomorrow to update.

Who knows? maybe a new set of drivers for Titan will appear tomorrow over the geforce.com website.

Nvidia turned into a big fat tree hugger with their whole trying to go "green" and cut down on power consumption crap.

This makes no sense. Who wouldn't want a card with GPU boost :wanker:
    Also just buy a 2GB 550 ti. I have the 1gb 550ti i game just fine. :)

Well Neuxiz was freezing up with the 314.07, with the 09's no more crashes. Other than that, who knows. I tested APB reloaded, Neuxiz, and clive barkers jericho and Warfame, no issues so far. everything smooth. Going to test more games later. But so far, these drivers are nice. Games i am really focus on performing good is crysis 2 and sleeping dogs which i plan to test in a hour.

I thought about it but tbh no point for me, If anything i would just drop in another 690 but even so its not really needed.

Its always nice to have new hardware but looking at it realistically ill probably skip Titan and wait for something else, Probably when the new consoles arrive and new games for pc start getting demanding.

Ill probably get a Maxwell dual card like an 890 or 990 etc and in the meantime another 690 if i need too.
