lol I didn't say you were stupid. On the contrary I said its possible RIMM will have some short term earnings and an increase from speculation, but for long term. Negative. :bang:
Well just like google its on a bit of a decline atm, google will rebound that is for sure.. apple, well that remains to be seen how well they do without Steve Jobs around. They should bring in Wozniak!
I hope RIM can pull it together with BB10...unfortunately, I doubt BB10 will be enough to save them at this point. They need to bring a very solid phone to market with a feature set that can rival Android and iOS. They also need to step up their product support and actually fix issues that customers report. Even a single misstep at this point could be detrimental to the RIM.
You're crazy. Even the government is dropping blackberrys for iPhones. The place i work is probably the furthest behind in tech in all the government and we dropped them a year ago.
Well, blackberry is still strong here. Many people use the BB pin as their business contact and most online sellers do transaction on BB.
11,48 >>> 18,08 >>> 13,78 damn http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=...n;ohlcvalues=0;logscale=off;source=undefined; Is this suppose to double yet?
Told you the OP was crazy. To invest that kind of money in a product that has little to no chance in that market is insane.
Crazy or lying. Who has 25k to just "drop" into stock? And even in the first post, talking about putting in another 25k just for the hell of it. http://news.cnet.com/8301-1035_3-57...il-to-impress-wall-street-as-concerns-linger/
I was kind of flabbergasted that a person could spend 1-2 years income on a gamble but the wealthy have an entirely different mindset. Or he could just be a kid that just got an inheritance. It's his money so I guess I can't tell him what to do with it. Either way, I hope he was lying too, scatman. 25k is a huge amount of money. And if he wasn't I hope he at least got out of there in time.
Well I dropped another 5k at 12.70 today.I am not worried in it for the long run. I did not cash out at 18.32 and I still think its going up in the year ahead.
I know, but hey its just gambling, and I would not be broke if I lost the cash.I could have taking the cash and ran up 10k but I did not.
long term should be the main goal with investing anyways, hope it does better for you, but my gut says otherwise.
LIKE I SAID... may be smart in the short term with their whole new release but the other day when they showed it, stock took a dive like a monkey. I have a feeling OP didn't see the warning signs. Edit: There is this thing called market speculation ya know. I have a feeling currency trading might more be your realm...
I knew the price was going to drop at release, just did not know how much. I am staying in it for the long run. Thanks for all the comments.
