All games/software should have a Demo....Ever tried to return a game/software that Sucked... Hollywood$$$$ is pushing this s*it worldwide anyway... Thats all Im gonna say........
Demo’s cost money to produce, and not every developer is willing to spend the money on the PC. It sucks, but that is how it is, and TPB block is nothing to do with PC games anyway.
Movies should have demos too. Also music. Also, software of every kind. Should be fully functional, so I can see how it works. Also operating systems. Until then, I won't be happy, and I"ll keep downloading.
Call me a cynic but I don't believe that's the reason we don't see game demos in this day and age. The problem with demos, from the developer/publisher point of view, is that if the product isn't up to snuff it'll cost them sales of the actual game. In the short term it's better to have people buy a product that they end up dissatisfied with, as at least they've paid for it that way.
You can also use Tor project browser for complete online anonymity. This totalitarian bull**** really rags me.
Really dumb move from British ISPs. There's obviously a lot of ass-kissing, Hollywood pressured Sweden's anti-piracy bureau to take action in the past and are probably the ones pushing for these kinds of policies to begin with. Overall it really is a dumb move, because it doesn't solve anything other than restrict the users just that much more. TPB is from Sweden Sweden is socialist UK ISPs fighting TPB Who's side are you on again?
Even better, n1. EDIT: Pirate Bay Enjoys 12 Million Traffic Boost, Shares Unblocking Tips Lol'd. :nerd:
my ISP is O2 which is one of the ISPs blocking it, now when I go to thepiratebay.org it redirects me instantly to thepiratebay.se, was it always like that and I didn't notice?
I think it kinda sucks TPB is being singled out. If one is blocked then it only seems fair they're all blocked...
