I didn't find it boring in SP, I thought it was quite fun.

I think seeing as co-op is the main selling point that in SP they should have an AI companion of a class of your choice so the game isn't as deserted. The dialogue and interaction would add a lot to the game.

Looking forward to it but I'm no sucker, I'm not buying the vanilla game.

I'll wait until it drops to half price or until the GOTY ( or whatever they call it ) version comes out.

Borderlands was twice as good with all the DLC.

Especially that zombie DLC, good times!

I really hope the Borderland 2 ending wont be as unsatisfying and anti-climatic as the first...
I still get a headache thinking about it. What a waste.

Never got into the first at launch, bought the GOTY when it was on steam sale, but didn't have with whom to play it, except 2 friends that already finished it and well.. they got bored, and in sp this game is not appealing. Will play this one at launch though if it's worth it. :)

More beautiful screenshots. I'm in love with this game's environment and art. It's a huge improvement over Borderlands 1:

Wasn't a fan of the original, but i never tried it online.

Have to say it's looking tempting, and visually and artistically its stunning, so might see if i can dig out the disc and grab all the DLC, or even see how much the GOTYE is now, as it should be pretty cheap retail wise now.

    @ Redemption80

I'm not kidding when I say it's one of the best coop gaming experience I've ever had. I urge you sincerely to pick it up and give it a solid go, you won't regret it.

I bought two friends brand new copies of the game for £4 each (not GOTY) and they fell in love instantly after just one session with me.

Saw the GOTYE for less than £10 which seems like a good deal, so will pick that up at the end of the month.

Also have better hardware now, remember forcing AA killed the framerates on my GTX260.

The advanced settings tool is a must before you run the game, you can enable vsync or put the game at 62fps max. There's also AA, skip intro, better bloom and other settings besides.
