VRAM monitor not visible load more than 4 GB

    Hi, after replacing the video card (it was 2 GB, 8 GB was) VRAM boot monitor does not show the download more than 4 GB - comes to this mark and reset (starts counting again from zero). Windows 7x64 Pro, MSI rx 470 Armor 8 GB, "dxdiag" shows 4095 MB is available, how to fix?

    D3D9 apps don't have access to more than 4GB of VRAM.

    Guests from overclockers.ru? ;) You may "fix" it by upgrading your OS to Win8 or newer version only. Microsoft D3DKMT performance counter, which is a data source form VRAM usage is MSIAB, GPU-Z, AIDA and similar tools is 32-bit under Windows 7 and Vista, so it cannot report >4Gb values. Newer OS versions use 64-bit performance counter.

    Thank you, this only applies to performance counters? In game is all ok?
