Thought I would post some pics of my new portable cmoy headphone amp.

Actually is a pretty nice little amp for on the go.

I also bought a couple extra op-amps to play with.

Ah, the Altoids amp. I was going to get one a while back because they are inexpensive.
Grados as a portable setup? I bet you get a lot of looks.

I had a Sansa Clip Zip+, but I think mine was defective because it turns itself off every hour even if power save is off.

The Sansa Clip zip is pretty cool....big enough to hold Flac files with the memory card.

I have some JVC iem's coming shortly, but yea, I don't hesitate to throw my Grado's on anywhere, anytime :)

How much power does that amp put out, and what is it's battery life like?

I am not sure how long the battery will last....they say 50 hours....we shall see.

You can also run it off of a dc adapter....up to 24 volts

I have been using this amp every night while listening to music while lying in bed.

It has now run about 40 hours on the same 9 volt alkaline battery.

I am loving this thing for a cheap portable amp.....it is a great bang for the buck amp.
