Hi, I had some home made video and image files i wanted to burn to DVD, but i wanted to make a professional looking menu for it. What software do you recommend i use? And/Or if the software already has a professional template for me to use as menu's? Thanks.
ohh thats a good q, i want to hear the answer too. just now i used vista windows dvd maker, but if i choose 4:3 or 16:9 the picture is still not right and i get at 4:3 left and right black lines and at 16:9 i got black lines and the actors are stretched. maybe someone who knows how to solve that. the source of the vids is allready at 16:9 so i dont get it why that happens? :cops:
is Xilisoft not just making this video converter stuff. i thing he is looking for something like CyberLink DVD Suite v5.0, there you have a all in one package for burning, making, watching...DVD. will try it later when i get time
uhh DVD-Lab PRO is the shiznit. obviously use the 30 day trial as the $249 pricetag is hefty, but damn worth it..
ConvertXtoDVD is the best and fastest 1click converter. But unfortunately for you the menus are pretty basic... :/
If you want the same quality menus as the common pressed DVDs coming from Hollywood, you can try searching for the now discontinued Spruce DVD Maestro.
I also use VSO's ConvertXtoDVD... Simple Menu, but a nice proggie. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ Is this the DVD Maestro you mentioned? http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y99/drwngflies/DVDMaestro.jpg Found a linky here: http://www.doom9.org/mpg/maestro.htm
I always use ATP DVD artist - it's the easiest to use and gets the job done quick. There's a free trial available and it's like 10x cheaper than the competition. http://download.cnet.com/ATP-DVD-Artist/3000-18554_4-10904909.html
