:banana::banana::banana::banana: will run on their new fox engine which can look like this Initial teaser trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=xBF6JZm8PnQ#!
Oh I am sorry but the whole mystery within a mystery vaguely hinting at something that may be in a game that may be an update or a rerelease or a sequel of a prequel non sense got really tired two maybe three games ago. Yeah it's a new Metal Gear Solid just tell us who's in it, when it's set and what fancy new and utterly pointless gameplay feature will be in it and get it over and done with it.
its just been anounced Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain GDC2013 trailer http://www.gametrailers.com/videos/ddtl3d/metal-gear-solid-v--the-phantom-pain-reveal-trailer
Well let's hope this time they remember they are making a game, and not a sequal to the seventh seal. lol
I love MGS , and MGS4 was a brilliant game for me, played it through 3 times. (just like 3,2 and 1_ lol
yeah some cutscenes were 30 minutes lol they should have added a timer atleast anyways day one purchase for me (hope it will be released this fall), ps3 is sure getting some great titles
Here you go it looks as if Phantom Pain AND Ground Zero's were BOTH the same game which is Metal Gear Solid 5 http://www.gametrailers.com/videos/ddtl3d/metal-gear-solid-v--the-phantom-pain-reveal-trailer Kojima trolled you all LOL Also, the FOX Engine looks like sh^t in that trailer. Rigid character animation, and some stupendously low textures and next to no detail at all. In some places it makes the Source engine look good!
So what timeframe is MGS5 Set in? After 4? Before 4? Before 1? ??? I thought they tied all the loose ends up with 4?
Apparently it's not the same game, according to Konami that is, maybe Kojima is dicking around with them too Update 2: Contrary to what Kojima said during the GDC panel today, Konami has confirmed with Joystiq that Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain are indeed separate games. And also, http://www.joystiq.com/2013/03/27/david-hayter-says-he-wasnt-asked-to-voice-metal-gear-solid-5/ that's a shame, won't be quite the same without David Hayter doing the voice over.
Hmm i wish i never sold my PS3 now, I may buy another just for MGS5 and sell it after just like i did with MGS4. I love the franchise, one of the best!
