Much better than 280 but I'm still not sure they are as good as the 270 branch, at least they have fixed the bugs that came back like flashing blobs on screen and the big fps drops that 280 added back.

Let's wait for R11 and then there will be a DANCE :D

Many BETA users of R11 patch reported of better performance

Broke 5k with these drivers in 3DMark11 using the specs below (or on the left ;)). Almost a 100 point increase. Not margin of error either, trust me I run 3DMark11 quite a bit with each driver set, and this is an all time first.

    Downloading and will install/ test on two diff cards a 430 and a 570 SC! Win 7 64bit :D

    Edit:

Installed fine on both machines... tested with 3Dmark on the 570 and had a 2 point increase however its said to give a nice increase in games and not tested those yet. Only ones I have installed currently are Crysis 2, Duke Nukem and TF2

The 430 is dual DVI and shows dual monitors fine as usual..video playback looks fine too.

Yes, I'd like to know if the Tessellation artifacts on characters is gone for good on these. I know FXAA helps reduce it but it's still there with 280.26. I've read 280.28 they no longer appeared, so I suppose it's the same for these?

Any performance Inc over the 280.36 on GTX 590...? Any 590 user tested this out yet?? the rate at which nvidia shells out new drivers is actually faster than Scar's bullets :p
I still update every time :)

The release notes mention on page 11, which lists unresolved issues, that DX:HR on the GTX 500 cards have grainy textures when MLAA is enabled and that sounds like the tessellation artifact bug to me. Could be wrong though.

The release notes mention a number of improvements to games with GTX 500 cards when using SLI so I'd imagine that will include NVIDIA's flagship card as well. ;)

    280.36 , 280.28, 280.26 (all three the same results) >>> P4967

    285.27 >>> P5075

108 points increase !! which is 2% . Keepers for me.

So you'll keep a driver because it gives an increase in an artificial benchmark but don't yet know how it performs with the stuff that really matters... oh, you know... the games? ;)
