Hello all, I just got the Corsair h100i v2 cooler.
I want to replace the stock fans with led ones.
As you know that there are a million fans out there and its tough to choose from.
I want blue led fans with high static pressure and similar rpm like the stock sp120 pwm fans that come with the h100i v2.
Only corsair is the preferred brand.

    Hi there

Hard to recommend but I would have look on ML120 or Phanteks PH-F120MP, BeQuiet Silent Wings 3 these fans I would consider at least, these have good CFM and these fans are probably best on radiator and should perform pretty good

But still I would ditch H100i v2 as I've owned that and been very disappointed with this AIO, have look on Cryorig R1 Ultimate or Universal and BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 or Noctua NH-D15 or NH-D15S, these will be lot better than any AIO

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Jura

I have just bought it 3 days ago so ditching it is not an option.
Does the ml120 has the same rpm as the stock sp120..??

Hi, i`d just use corsair led fans with highest rpm then use corsair link to set a custom profile

Been thinking about replacing the fans on my H100i too, on balance and performance they are ridiculously loud

I have the H100i GTX (not sure if there is any difference) I have 2 120mm Noctua industrial 2000rpm fans (2000rpm is like having a jet in your room but i don't let them get that fast) they were a massive improvement (at similar rpm's) over the stock corsair fans.

someone mentioned bequiet , i have 3 be quiet silent wings casefans ans they are fantastic i imagine their high pressure fans will be too

The main noise of the stock corsair fans seems to be motor noise more than air movement, my 980s sound like rushing air when they are at 100% fan speed, the H100i sounds like ARRRUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMM :D

    Hi there

If you are bought H100i V2 3 days ago then not sure, SP120L are I think rated at 1800RPM and ML120 I think are rated at 2500RPM but they have higher CFM etc and they should be quieter at same RPM as SP120L, create custom profile for these fans but be prepared these fans are expensive

Have look I've owned H100i and I went through the few fans, stock H100i fans are noisy that's for sure, I have tried like Noctua or BeQuiet Silent Wings or Phanteks fans and still performance hasn't improved just noise has been lot lower, went back to air with NH-D15 and must say with H100i I couldn't run my 5820k at 4.5Ghz without getting high temperatures and with NH-D15 I could run that frequency easy and could push as well 4.6Ghz and still temperatures has been same as with 4.4GHz on H100i

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Jura

    Hi there

I would have look on ML120 or Phanteks PH-F120MP or BeQuiet Silent Wings 3 or EK Vardar F3 1850RPM , with these fans noise should improve or these fans should be quieter than SP-120L

But me personally I like Phanteks PH-F120MP or BeQuiet Silent Wings 3, EK Vardar F3 1850RPM have motor noise/whine around 1150-1250RPM which will disappear at higher RPM but all these fans should be improvement

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Jura

    Hi there

There are few fans which are better and cheaper as well than Noctua Industrial fans and which perform as Noctua with similar or better noise and performance

Corsair AIO or CLC use aluminium radiator with high FPI count and pump which doesn't flow as much and due this you need to run fans faster than you should be running with copper based radiators

But yes BeQuiet fans are very nice fans, have used them on radiators and on few builds

    Hope this helps

    Thanks, Jura

They are if you use the stock profiles...even quiet is loud, i swapped mine out for Noctua NF-A14 IndustrialPPC 3000RPM PWM 140mm High Performance Fans and they`re loud above 1800 rpm on stock profile too.

The stock h100i fans are rated as 2700 rpm while the ml120 pro is 2400 rpm.. but both have the same cfm..

Corsair ML fans are the best fan bar none. They move a LOT of air at very low rpm and are pretty much inaudible at 1000 to 1500 rpm. A bit expensive, but worth every penny.
