Ok so i installed my Hyper 212 Evo today for my intel i5 2500k and i overclocked it to 4GHz currently i am running a prime95 test and it says my
    Core0 Max Temp = 65c
    Core1 Max Temp = 71c
    Core2 Max Temp = 68c
    Core3 Max Temp = 65c

I've been running Prime95 for about 2 hours and 20 minutes and its been stressing my 4GHz Overclocked CPU.
    Are these temps acceptable?

A bit high, but still perfectly fine. Stay sub 80 and you won't have anything to worry about.

Yeah, those temps are fine but you might want to start reducing the voltage bit by bit until it becomes unstable. Like IcE said, the temps are just *slightly* high but that could be ambient, case airflow, etc. as well. They are well within acceptable limits but more like the temps for a 4.4 ghz oc with that cooler.

Yeah, not terrible, but a bit high for 4ghz. Just for reference, my hottest core tops out at 61C running 4.5ghz with hyper 212+. What is your voltage for 4ghz?

I think the other posters are forgetting to ask you what your ambient temperature is... if you live anywhere near where I live it might as well be around 30C. :p
