Original was great and The Fall of Max Payne gave me some serious feels back in the day.

    EDIT:One that hasn't been mentioned

Parasite Eve had lots of awe-inducing moments for my young self, aswell.

Starcraft II Both Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm because I really enjoyed the story and I was really impressed what Blizzard did since it had been a long time since the 1st game and expansion.

    Consoles
    PS3
Uncharted because I was really into the story and the graphics as well and was really impressed considering it was the first game of that type I really played and completed.

GTA5 even though I never played it I watched my little cousin play it and I was really impressed with the graphics they really looked realistic even for a PS3 game.

I can go back even further than this back to my old DOS days of PC gaming.

Bioshock Infinite for the art style.

Wolfenstein: The New Order for just how fun it was. I was sad when it was over.

I also think Dark Souls (1) deserves a mention. It was my first souls game, so I was new to how it played out and told its story. It was very refreshing compared to just about every other game out there.

    #1 When I bought a 5670 and maxed Crysis 1 at ... 1024x768 with 30fps :p
Well it were the CRT days, but man, that game looked so awesome.

    #2 When I bought my 560Ti SLI config and maxed BF3 at .. 1920x1080 with 80fps
Got killed staring at walls, and the ground, it was so crisp and clear.

Two experiences which make me never want to go back to that life of having to put everything on low ever again.

Dark Souls for me. I really was not expecting it when i played it last year and i even had more fun when i went through it again recently, even as far as making me drop playing Dark Souls 2 in order to complete it again

Last one was Sine Mora. Before that Mirror's Edge and GRID. Can't figure out why ME didn't do well. I guess I should throw Battlefield 3 in there as well.

Probably Skyrim as well, when I fully modded the game with 2k textures, an insane .enb and a massive DOF mod, and also higher NPC, and enemy encounters also sky textures as well... Then the game totally blew me away and even with my overclocked GTX480 at the time I still got a rock solid 60fps and it was pure gaming bliss. Fighting Alduwin (I think that's his name) on the top of the mountain was simply one of the most epic battles I have had in gaming. I had goosebumps during that battle. With the graphics, fluid 60fps 1080p, and the musical score blasting through my 5.1 headphones it was simply amazing!

Other than that, my jaw did hit the floor when I saw Resident Evil REmake on Gamecube for the first time in a trailer... those graphics were un-freaking-believable for a console to me. Now running it on Dolphin at 4xnative 1080p 16xAF 60fps and it still holds up very very well.

That and of cource Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2 Rogue Leader, as a launch title on the Gamecube it had some of the best graphics for an space shooter I have ever seen. Apparently according to many reviews, and the developers themselves at the time it was only possible on the Gamecube due to how the Gamecube was built, the CPU "Gekko" chip from IBM was capable of rendering simple particle effects like rain, wind, snow, lightning, laser blasts, sparks, embers, etc, etc and it didn't have to rely on the "Flipper" GPU from ATi to render these effects and that could be left to draw all the bump maps, textures, objects, animations, etc. Which is why in certain battles they had near 100 tie fighters on screen at once which apparently not even the original Xbox could produce. I have no idea if this is 100% fact or not but the game still blew me away.
