Hi all, I was going to buy Asus prime z270-A but at the last moment I saw Rog strix z270-F. Now I am all confused and couldn't find the right motherboard out of the two. If anyone can tell me which one is the best out of the two please and the differences between the two. Thanks a lot.. Note- Please don't recommend me any other board because these two are best suited for my budget.
Best for what exactly? Are you OCing? Both boards are fine for general use unless you need some specific feature(s) ROG boards are more tailored for extreme OC, better components, etc. Here is a table comparing the features https://www.asus.com/microsite/best-200-series-motherboards/EN/compare/index.aspx
Not extreme overclocking but moderate. Just want to know which one is the best not for ocing but in general which one is the best if features are to be compared..?? I checked the table and these two are 98% similar but then I am just a newbie, so wanted an expert advice.
They are both going to be the same for your use. They have very similar features. The ROG has better components and only costs a little more.. I would go for it over the A due to that alone.. Plus it looks better IMO
Actually in my country Z270f is about $15 cheaper than Z270a. Anyways. Thanks for the advice.. i was also thinking about the Z270f.
Go for it then.. Here in USA ROG board is more expensive... So you are getting more for less there.. :nerd:
