I hope you don't permanently have it set to FREQ at it's max level...congrats otherwise. :)

I do, I let the amp do the crossover work. Still experimenting, but a crossover of 60Hz sounds to fit well.

When I got the new telly it had an issue. They repaired it only to find out that the telly then had a new problem. Thus a second repair was needed.
So I got angry and contacted Philips, had a chat about their quality control policy as a result I received a Blu-ray player for free as compensation.

I wish, the lazy ass postal service just put a note in my mailbox saying I had to pick it up at the post office. It's 30 kilos so my back hurts! If it's larger than a DVD they don't bother carrying it with them!

Cabling: Monoprice Premium - 12 Guage Speaker Wire, 24K Banana Plugs

Setup costing around $2600.00 for everything including PS3

I was using a 5.1 Kenwood system a year ago which I replaced with the Logitech Z5500 which I also have on my PC. I didnt think I could get that much more volume and clarity in this system honestly over the Z5500's for only a $1000 but the Onkyo receiver and speakers are great and the Logitech is not even close to being in the same league as these. It finally feels like a movie theatre but neighbors are getting mad... lol

TV is great, blu-ray is great and the sound system is the best Home Theatre in a Box guaranteed!!! Very precise and loud sound and 12" sub is killer. PCM, DTS-HD MA, and Dolby TrueHD are amazing. Im not currently using the 7.1 setup all the time but when I do watch a blu-ray such as 3:10 to Yuma that supports it I do stick the Surround Rears behind me on the wall.

Came over a great deal on a used Dynavoice Definition DC-5 center speaker a week ago so I couldn't resist. Amazing upgrade of the one I had. Hybrid tweeter arrangement with one soft dome tweeter and one ribbon tweeter doing the highest frequencies. Dual 5,25" kevlar mid/bass woofers with two large bass reflex ports on the back. It sounds excellent. Tweeters have a high resolution and are very detailed, and it's definitely packing alot more punch than my old one. Did some tests with Band of Brothers and it is supreme!
